I know, I haven't finished anything good this week, but now that I have a job, finishing anything is a little tricky. Anyway, here's a joke... sort of.

I know I know, I havn't done anything good in a while, but I AM working on something new I swear!

I haven't had a lot of time for art this week, so heres some sketches.

So I got a lot of advise on how I could have made my previous image better. Some of it was very easily done, some of it i'd have to file away for later, and some of it just made no sense. I used most of the advise given to me to improve the image this week. The finished Photoshop image had about 6 extra layers. I picked and mixed these layers to give me an image that I was happy with.

I'm still not overly satisfied with it, but its probably best to just move on to a new image. I'm looking forward to my next project but I think its going to take me a while to finish.

This girls on fire!

Bad puns aside, I put a lot of work into trying to make this piece work, but my Achilles heel was a lack of reference, though it is a bit hard to find reference of someone with their head on fire.

I used this as an experiment to try out using color to outline the image instead of just using black. I also did my best to try and improve my fire effects.

Nothing special here, I just wanted to draw a cat in commando gear.
